HárTékk pledges confidentiality to all buyers regarding all information provided by buyers in connection with the transaction. No information will be passed on to third parties. Information from HárTékk’s system may use personal information, such as residence, age or business history, to prepare appropriate messages for customers. Customers of HárTékk can always unsubscribe and thus deny the company the use of such information.

HárTékk reserves the right to change prices and or stop offering product types without notice.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Taxes and fees
All prices quoted include VAT and all invoices are issued inclusive of VAT.
Delivery/Home delivery
All orders are processed in 2-4 working days. You can choose to pick up orders at the HárTékk store, have them sent to the nearest dropp point or have them delivered to your door. Options are selected at the same time as payment. The service provider is the Dropp (www.dropp.is) and the delivery, warranty and transport terms of the Dropp apply to the delivery of the product. Be sure to check this carefully if you want it delivered to your door, whether Dropp provides that service in your municipality.
These terms and conditions must be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. If a dispute arises or someone believes that they have a claim against HárTékk based on these provisions and terms, such dispute or claim will be referred to the Icelandic courts.
